We will ask you three questions under each individual practitioner innovation competency:

  • Intent: Do you know why your company wants to innovate, where to innovate, and what types of projects will get resources?
  • Concepts: Do you know how to get more and better dots, connect the dots, and prioritize concepts?
  • Resources: Do you know how to think and act differently, build teams and networks, and get resources?
  • Making It Real: Do you know tactics for doing innovation projects, drive concepts to commercialization, and align stakeholders?

For each question:

  1. Move the "CURRENT LEVEL" button to where your current level is at for that competency.
  2. Move the "DESIRED LEVEL" button to where your desired level for that competency.
  3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 until you have answered all questions.
  4. Fill out the "Info" tab to submit your answers and get the results.
  5. After submitting, a summary of the results is displayed.
